La Ghiotta: super friendly staff, far-from-super pizza. The crust was thin and crunchy, the best part of the pizza. The mozzarella was flavorless and scarce, the tomato sauce tasted straight from the can. The two were blended together in the unappetizing, yet typical, mess that characterizes pizzerias especially in the center of Florence. Toppings help, but not enough.

In effetti il sospetto che la pizza non dovesse essere il massimo mi sarebbe dovuto venire quando nell'insegna ho letto "Rosticceria"...ma anche "Pizzeria", per cui abbiamo ordinato una margherita e una porcini. Nessuna delle due mi è sembrata buona: pasta di tipo basso, crosta croccante, mozzarella e pomodoro non di buona qualità. Anche se, almeno, è mangiabile, non si scende nel disgusto. Boh, forse sarà buono il pollo!
