ANNIE: 6.5/10
The set-up at La Tortuga is reminiscent of, and just about as appetizing as, a nursing home dining hall: clinical but welcoming, perhaps promising quantity but certainly not quality; I almost expected to be waited on by a hairnet and plastic gloves. There were quite a number of diners, and the large TV was going, but it wasn't enough to convince me that the pizza had a chance of being decent. I ordered the Regina (mozzarella, porcini mushrooms, gorgonzola). It came out looking like a clogged-up kitchen sink, but the flavor was absolutely delicious! About 3/4 of the way in, the powerful gorgonzola began to be a bit much, but I carried on for the softness of the porcini and the crunchiness of the crust.
FABIO: 6/10
