This place was packed, but it wasn't for the pizza! The crust was thin and chewy underneath a thick layer of no-way-is-this-mozzarella. The face of the pizza shone with stomach-flopping greasiness, oil was just seeping out of the cheesy pores. I really enjoyed sitting next to the kitchen, though. There's a big window/door where you can see the three chefs at work, and I liked that they didn't have anything to hide, not even the fact that their pizza was just an afterthought.

La pizza non c'èntra niente con i Briganti, le specialità della casa sono altre. Sembra quasi che a loro la pizza non interessi, solo così si spiega la base poco cotta: sembra una piccolezza, ma per questo è immangiabile. Quello che sta sopra la base è altrettanto immangiabile: uno strato di pseudo mozzarella gommosa di sapore strano ricopre il tutto. Il pomodoro è impercettibile. Il tutto condito con eccesso d'olio, che si vede galleggiare. Insomma, si salvi chi può!
