If only I could give a pizzeria points for location! If the weather is nice, you will be guided to an outside table that overlooks the beautiful country landscape, but the fantastic view won't make your pizza taste any better! The pizza wasn't bad, but it definitely wasn't outstanding. The crust was crunchy on the outside, and soft on the inside; it was the best part of the pizza. I'm not convinced that the tomatoes and mozzarella were very fresh, and there just wasn't much flavor to speak of: no basil, little salt. But, there are definitely worse places to eat an ordinary pizza!

Incuriositi dalle segnalazioni provenienti da altri siti, abbiamo concesso l'onore di una nostra trasferta in quel di San Donato, sperando che ne valesse la pena...visto il posto e il tavolo sulla terrazza, c'è da dire che il contorno è molto carino, ma veniamo al dunque: la pizza. Quello che colpisce è la crosta, una crosta selvaggia nel suo essere irregolare, e in effetti è molto buona. Ma i colori del pomodoro e della mozzarella tradiscono la qualità, e infatti, sopratutto la mozzarella non mi ha convinto del tutto. Mangiando la pizza non si riesce a capire quale sia il sapore, è un pizza senza personalità, forse anche perchè mancava un pò di sale. Considerato forse l'aspettativa per la trasferta, il voto comunque è buono.

A great pizza you wouldn't expect to find amongst the throngs of tourists swarming San Lorenzo! It has a thin crust: not crunchy, but not chewy either and its flavor is so fresh - almost sweet. I've never had a crust like this! And the tomatoes and mozzarella add to the just-plain-good flavor. Its only fault, for me, lies in the bits of burnt found on the cheese and the underside of the crust, which can be seen in the photo. Still, good eatin' in the center!

Buona, non ottima. Questa è la sensazione che ho avuto mentre gustavo la mia margherita. Tutto è al posto giusto, le proporzioni, i colori, l'ambiente, ma i sapori sono come con il freno a mano, non esplodono nella bocca tutta la loro freschezza. La pasta forse riesco a isolarla nel giudizio, l'ho trovata un pò gommosa, poco leggera. Nota negativa la Coca Cola unicamente alla spina, con il bicchiere pieno di ghiaccio. Ci siamo capiti.
