ANNIE: 5.5/10 Four or five years ago, this Pizza Man location had the best pizza around. You could go any day of the week and see the Pizza Man himself throwing dough around with the whole Neapolitan crew. Unfortunately, the only thing that's remained the same is the incredibly tasty piece of sandwich they hand you while you wait for your take-out. Now, there's possibly ONE Italian behind the counter, and the pizza has gone to pot. My crust was full of burnt spots, and the sauce was a gushy mess tinged with non-pizza appropriate spices. The mozzarella, too, had changed - fewer chunks and lesser quality. A real shame!

Se avessi scritto questo commento un anno fa sarebbe stata un'esaltazione, invece oggi mi ritrovo a chiedermi come sia potuto accadere un tracollo così: laddove c'èra una pasta morbida e saporita oggi c'è una base secca; dove c'èra un pomodoro fresco ora ci si imbatte in un sapore acido; e soprattutto quella mozzarella fantastica che teneva ancora il sapore fresco di latte oggi è
sostituita da una cosa di gomma dura. Eppure a vedersi sembrano uguali. Questa volta le pizze non le ha fatte Pizzaman in persona, ma gli ingredienti sono quelli, non può fare miracoli. Voto basso in ricordo di com'era ma sempre meglio di molte altre pizzerie. Rimane di positivo il panuozzo regalato all'entrata, speriamo non si rovini anche quello.
