Fabio and I both got the Quattro Stagioni (without prosciutto crudo), which was NOT part of the long list of Calabrian pizzas. Maybe that's where we went wrong, since Cinzia's specializes in cucina calabrese. The crust was thinner than a tortilla and crunchy, and I liked it, but it lacked salt. And it was the same with the rest of the pizza: none of the ingredients tasted bad...they just didn't have any flavor at all! The mushrooms, olives and artichokes were blah and watery, and the mozzarella tasted equally of nothingness.

Locale di specialità calabresi, speravo di trovare sapori diversi nella mia pizza; in effetti l'aspetto era vivo, colori accesi, ma a questo brio si è invece opposta una pizza poco saporita, sia negli ingredienti, compresa la mozzarella, che nella pasta, forse mancava anche un pò di sale. Non che fossero cattivi, ma solo con poco gusto. Strano perchè in genere alla calabria sono associati gusti forti. L'unico sapore che sovrastava il resto era l'olio, quello sì molto saporito e troppo in abbondanza, ma non mi è sembrato il miglior modo per fare una degustazione!
