Inside the fenced-in area with the Costoli pool and the more exclusive Piscina Costolina (which, BTW, breeds the same bacterial infections as the public option and has unarguably more hair on the locker room floor), is the bar/restaurant Aviazione. It gives off a young and strong sports bar vibe and has the biggest screen outside of a movie theatre that I've ever seen. Our Groupon coupon was for a Maxi Pizza (for two people), two beers (which we switched-out for Cokes), dessert and coffee. There weren't many pizzas to choose from, but they didn't have any problems with our off-menu potatoes and mushrooms combo selection - which we requested to top the "white" portion of our pizza. The Margherita was gross: the flavor of the tomato sauce was too strong and the cheese was just nasty. It's the pizza you expect to find at the pool; sweaty, sleepy kids usually aren't very pizza-picky. I could eat another potato/mushroom pizza, though, especially if I were there watching a Fiorentina match. Forza Viola!

Ambiente giovane, con un mega schermo per le partite e menù molto americano. Le pizze sono portate al metro, non al piatto, su dei taglieri, con la possibilità di scegliere più gusti. Avete indovinato, sono tutte caratteristiche per una pizza di bassa qualità. Infatti è la classica pizza da mangiare al volo, non da gustare: mozzarella e pomodoro non sono buoni, soprattutto quando iniziano a non essere più caldi. Anche la pasta diventa subito gommosa. Però in quest'ambiente si mangia più volentieri, in qualche modo ci si aspetta.
