My Capricciosa (without prosciutto) was rather amateur: thin to medium crust, cheap cheese, mushroom to other toppings ratio completely out of whack, and the whole thing just reminded me of something you might make in a home ec class. It wasn't gourmet, but it was edible, especially if accompanied by entertaining talk. A good and fun snack, but nothing I would really want to consider a meal. And somebody in the kitchen stole a couple of my bites of hotdog and artichoke!!

DOC in che senso? La pizza è gommosa, la mozzarella di scarsa qualità, il pomodoro idem; i porcini li ho dovuti togliere perchè erano gommosi anche quelli! Mi sa che a volte gli acronimi ingannano, chissà che cosa volevano intendere in realtà, meglio non fidarsi!
