At ZeroZero you can choose the normal personal pizza or a pizza for 2, 3 or 4 people. Since Fabio and I both wanted the Margherita, it was cheaper to just get two individual pizzas. They were small, yet dense, with thick crusts. The flavor and gumminess of the mozzarella immediately gave away its lack of quality, and there was a permeating burnt taste that ruined an otherwise good crust. On previous visits to ZeroZero, Fabio and I shared the pizzas for 2, and I remember being more pleased with the results than I was this time. (That may have been due to some extra toppings that helped mask a bad "base" pizza, though.) I've never been blown away by the goodness of the pizza here and it's because, in my opinion, more importance is placed on presentation and atmosphere than on the pizza itself. One thing is sure, you won't find a more interesting bathroom in Florence, especially with a kid-sized version to match!

FABIO: 5.5/10
In fondo siamo a Firenze, capitale dell'arte, mica a Milano.
