Tito's has the best thin-crust pizza I've eaten in Florence. If you don't like thin-crusts because you want more than a cracker with cheese on it for dinner and hate to leave the table still starving - go to Tito's where your pizza (with generous toppings) won't even fit on your plate until there's just a third of it left. I ended up giving two pieces to Fabio, or I wouldn't have finished...I got the Boscaiolo (Porcini, Olives and Sausage), and the mushrooms were soft, the olives were whole, and the pieces of sausage were a little bit less than bite-size: YUM.

Ho voluto sfidare la tradizione: nel posto famoso per le pizze sottili e grandi ho preso la margherita a pasta alta! Ho pensato che forse il pizzaiolo era in grado di farla, ma aveva scelto la via del sottile. E invece mi si è presentato un mattone, con poca mozzarella e pomodoro, tutto pasta, un incubo...peccato perchè i sapori non erano male, per esempio la mozzarella, ma era sovrastata dalla pasta. Per sapere come invece sono quelle sottili vedere i commenti di Annie.
