Pizzeria under a tent? Yes, but there's also a sturdier structure there on the left. It's a pizzeria in a sports complex of sorts, and is, therefore, extremely casual, cheap and friendly. In fact, the waiter and the cook are Santa Clauses dressed as pizza men who politely push you to eat more prosciutto crudo - and any kind of cheese they can find in the kitchen - with your coccoli (fried bread dumplings). The food was reminiscent of the grocery store freezer aisle. That is to say, everything had that pre-made and nuked-in-the-microwave kind of look. The pizzas were thin and crunchy. The mozzarella wasn't bad. But that's where the semi-good comments end. My grilled vegetables (eggplant, bell peppers and asparagus) were indeed grilled, but only after they had been lifted from the pickling vat. They were so drenched in vinegar that I had to peel them off and I later suffered a heartburn so strong I thought I was having a heart attack. And the panna cotta (cooked cream) dessert was just a slice of solidified snot!

FABIO: 5/10
