Definitely better than your average Florentine pizza. Quality mozzarella in big chunks. Soft and plentiful porcini. Too much sauce for me, though: it started to get soupy, but not the good soupy that means the mozzarella is good mozzarella, but the bad soupy that's just a thick mess and when it gets cold is completely disgusting. Thick outer crust, but still crunchy...until it sat in the soup too long. Overall yummy flavor.

Pizza nella media, di quelle basse con crosta croccante, ma un pò troppo oliosa. La mozzarella non è male, il pomodoro invece ha un sapore fittizio. Anche se ho distinto male i sapori perchè la pizza era invasa dal sapore dei porcini: porcini che, anche se sott'olio, davano un buon sapore anche se dopo un pò veniva a noia, forse perchè era troppo forte. Insomma, è una di quelle pizze che quando ti chiedono come sia l'unica risposta che viene è "Mah".
